PANJI LIKENS EDGAR TO A WOLF IN SHEEP’S CLOTHING…Zambians must vote him out tomorrow

By Patson Chilemba

Colonel Panji Kaunda has likened President Lungu to a wolf in sheep’s clothing, whose main preoccupation in office has been about making himself and his cronies rich, saying Zambians must vote him out tomorrow.

Speaking with Daily Revelation, Col Panji likened the importance of tomorrow’s election to the 1963 one which ushered Zambia into Independence, saying the people must seek to liberate themselves from the PF stranglehold.

“We too are getting independent from this crude government of PF. All they have done is enrich themselves and their families and their cronies. Everyday we see women with baskets just to make a few Ngwees, while our leadership is making millions,” Col Panji said. “This is one reason why we must remove them and elect the new government.”

Col Panji said with the election of a new government, Zambians must now learn a lesson from the PF and not be bossed over by any new government they will elect.

“This time we will lend them (UPND) our vote. This time Zambians must not allow people who come to borrow their votes,” Col Panji said, warning that Zambians must be careful with technology as there was a lot of stuff being manufactured to discredit Hichilema.

Col Panji said President Lungu was not what he portrayed himself to be as a humble man, saying behind that veil was a man driven by hypocrisy.

“They say a fig tree looks nice outside, but when you open it, it is full of insects. That’s what Lungu is, he’s like a fig tree but with insects inside,” he said.

He likened the President to a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

“Absolutely, hypocrite, otherwise he wouldn’t be doing what he’s doing to HH,” Col Panji said.

Col Panji charged that Hichilema and his team should demand accountability from President Lungu and those in government over how they had become so wealthy all of a sudden.

“We will vote for him but he must have no brother or son in government. Zambians must be his friends,” said Col Panji.
