Colonel Panji Kaunda has urged President-elect Hakainde Hichilema to immediately condemn UPND cadres who are fighting with PF cadres over the control of markets and bus stations.
Speaking with Daily Revelation, Col Panji said this was the misbehavior that has contributed towards the ousting of President Lungu and the PF from power.
“The cadres must be stopped immediately otherwise there will be no difference between us and PF. Police are now free, they must move in and stop it immediately. There is no fear that the cadres will report to the President (Lungu),” said Col Panji. “We want to see a government of laws and civility.”
