Airtel subscribers yesterday experienced pathetic network where customers were unable to access services.
Many customers complained that they were not able to browse, make calls, fast data depletion even when they did not access internet as well as failure to get through to call center to access to inquire into various services.
But Airtel has apologized to its customers for the intermittent service disruptions experienced across the country.
Airtel corporate communications office in a statement issue yesterday, stated that the mobile subscribers’ dedicated engineering team had diligently worked to identify and promptly resolved the issues.
“And we are pleased to announce that services have been fully restored. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused and genuinely appreciate the patience and support shown by our valued customers,” read the statement in part.
