Hakainde Hichilema is a badly brought up child, FDD leader Edith Nawakwi has charged.
And Nawakwi has asked Mwense council chairman Chikota to just tell the public the criminals he was allegedly working with in the Sugilite scam rather than bringing in innocent tribes, saying weak men always resort to tribe in order to win sympathy.
Nawakwi also charged that the recent march past in Lusaka was in preparation for the visit of fanatically pro-gay United States of America Vice-President Kamala Harris.
Speaking with Daily Revelation, Nawakwi said she did not want to be drawn into President Hakainde Hichilema’s imagination that former president Edgar Lungu was coming back.
However, talk of Lungu coming back has not been said by President Hichilema alone, as it is something even some in PF have hinted at, and was asked where she placed her own ambitions if Lungu were to attempt a come back.
Responding, Nawakwi said she did not want to feed President Hichilema’s “fertile” mind saying “the sooner you stop feeding his fertile mind, the better he will think about how to get this country out of its quagmire.”
“He’s just a badly brought up child. There is no way you can behave like that as President (Hichilema’s kutumpa speech in Kitwe),” Nawakwi said. “He has no respect for anybody else except himself … Hakainde is obsessed about Lungu because he has failed to deliver even a 100th of what Lungu did.”
US Vice-President Harris will be visiting Zambia, but Economic Front (EF) leader Wynter Kabimba said President Hichilema must use the opportunity to tell her to her face that he was not a western puppet that he was not being used as a pawn against China and neither was he a gay advocate as Harris and the party and government she represents are.
But Nawakwi said President Hichilema was yet to publicly condemn sentiments from US government officials that the USA is working with him against China.
She accused the President of not having any disposition to understand the geopolitical make up of this world.
Nawakwi claimed that when Harris comes she will not be taken to places like Kanyama clinic to see how a clinic serving a huge population a few meters from the Central Business District did not even have basic medicines to treat the people. She said just like the other western officials, Harris too will “come here empty handed.”
“You are dealing with a hardcore stooge of the Americans. Hakainde’s vision is about the re-introduction of the British American company where those from the Brenthurst Foundation come to rip off the country’s wealth,”
UPND deputy youth chairperson and Mwense council chairman Chikote was heard shouting from a police cell that he was being unfairly treated in that police have not arrested none-Bemba people who were accused alongside him including Mulundika.
But Nawakwi said a crime was a crime and has no geographic boundaries, saying normally if people are guilty they resort to tribe.
She said what Chikota must ask himself how he found himself in the group that was accused of being involved in the sugilite scam and not externalise crime to “Tongas and Lozis” or other tribes for that matter.
“Let him say to the police who his accomplices and cohorts are. The basis of dividing the country on tribe is nonsense. Chikota and his cohorts in UPND should just own up and say they were doing illegal things,” said Nawakwi.
