A Lusaka ‘pastor’ commodity known as ‘John General’ jumped off the fence naked leaving his clothes, cell phone and vehicle behind after the husband to the woman he allegedly raped found him in the act.
It is reported that the woman wanted the pastor to pray for due to the endless miscarriages she has been experiencing.
Police Spokesperson Rae Hamoonga confirmed that Matero Police Station yesterday November 22, 2023 at 21:00 hours, received a report of rape in which a 26-year-old woman of unknown house number reported that a pastor commonly known as John General raped her in her house.

He stated that the pastor told the victim that he wanted to check in all the rooms as part of the prayers.
The police spokesperson stated that when the pastor reached the bedroom, he forced himself on the woman and had sex with her as he threatened to shoot her if she refused.
He explained that when all this was happening, the other man he came with was waiting in the sitting room.
