Nelly Mutti is absolutely beautiful and that should give us pride as a country, says Major Ben Phiri.
In a statement to Daily Revelation, Maj Phiri also said Uganda Parliament Speaker Anita was also very beautiful, saying the two beauties was another milestone on the continent in terms of retaining impressive interfaces at the legislative assembly levels in both countries.
“Speaker Nelly exudes very rare qualities of balanced adjudication, intellect and tolerance with her visible thrust on the need for our law makers to embrace each other in harmony rather than engage as political combat opponents,” he stated.
Maj Phiri claimed that he has been an ardent follower of parliamentary debates on both radio and television for a very long time and that Speaker Mutti is someone he has known for many years.
“She undoubtedly rose to prominence in the legal fraternity limelight when she was part of the versatile team of advocates that defended the UNIP top brass accused of subversive activities in the famous ‘Zero Option’ and ‘Black Mamba’ lengthy trials in which the late forth Republican President Rupiah Banda, Maj Wezi Kaunda, Peter Lishika, Moyce Kaulung’ombe and others were implicated and detained by the Chiluba government,” stated Maj Phiri. “Madam Nelly Mutti was a darling of the proceedings as she took the prosecution witnesses to task by asking incisive questions during cross examination sessions. In her new role as Speaker of the National Assembly, she has consistently combined her unique sense of intellectual humour with her unbridled maturity coupled with patience in navigating the proceedings of the House. Of course, it can not be contested that the Speaker is absolutely beautiful and that should give us pride as a country. For this l salute Speaker Nelly Mutti and wish her the very best in her unprecedented role as the first ever female Speaker of the National Assembly.”
