Economic Front (EF) leader Wynter Kabimba has written UPND secretary general Batuke Imenda demanding that he serves him with his defence by tomorrow, failure to which he shall proceed to apply for appropriate orders accordingly.
In a letter dated September 12, 2022 and seen by Daily Revelation, Kabimba, who is representing Bwalya Malama, over Imenda’s use of the Zambia Air Force (ZAF) chopper, stated that Imenda has todate not provided his defence despite acknowledging receipt of summons.
“I refer to the above matter and the writ of summons and statement of claim in respect thereof service of the same which you duly acknowledged on 25th August, 2022,” stated Kabimba. “We note that you have todate not served us with your defence following the expiry of the 14 days as commanded in the writ of summons. We would be obliged to be served with the same by the close of business on Wednesday 14th instant, in default of which we shall proceed to apply for appropriate orders accordingly.”
