The Zambia National Commercial Bank will effect upward tariff adjustments on the Xapit management fees, cash out and NFS Bank to mobile money transfers from the K11 they currently charge.
The Bank charges K11 on the mentioned transactions regardless of the amount involved.
Zanaco management announced the adjustment to customers in a notice to customers, without announcing the exact adjustment to be effected.
“Please be advised that Zambia National Commercial Bank PLC will be revising tariffs on Xapit Accounts, Cash out withdraws and NFS Bank to Mobile Money transfers effective 22nd June 2024.
