Businessman hails Katanekwa’s suspension … he sat on my case for 6-years without judgment

Lusaka businessman Misheck Chatora has hailed the suspension of High Court judge Timothy Katanekwa saying he sat on his case for six years, after which he delivered a judgment he claims was “fraudulent.”

Speaking with Daily Revelation over the suspense of Katanekwa by President Hakainde Hichilema, Chatora said he was a victim of the suspended judge over a matter involving his company Maritime against Zambian Breweries, after he sued for  wrongful termination of contract.
