Commonwealth Secretary General Patricia Scotland says she is honoured to receive the prestigious Order of the Eagle of Zambia, Second Division, from President Hakainde Hichilema of Zambia.
“This surprise investiture is a tremendous privilege. I am grateful for this acknowledgement & will cherish this moment forever,” she stated.
Scotland also said she was honoured to have been invited to Parliament for the Presidential speech on national values this morning.
“It was an absolute honour to be invited by my friend, President @HHichilema, to his presidential speech to Parliament on the progress of national development & advancing service delivery. I look forward to witnessing Zambia’s continued growth, bolstered by #Commonwealth support,” stated Scotland.
