Happenings in PF spiritual, cannot be reversed by courts – Nevers … party has been injured mortally for recruiting Nakachinda

Pastor Nevers Mumba says what is happening to PF is irreversible because it is a spiritual phenomenon.

Speaking to Daily Revelation on the happenings in the PF, Pastor Mumba, who is also MMD president said since the problems being experienced in PF are spiritual, they cannot be stopped by the

court or any political statement, saying the spiritual cycle has to run its course.

He said he was ready to pray for PF secretary general Raphael Nakachinda if he came back on track as the spirit he carries has permeated through the PF.

“So yes, there is a way that he can get back on track and then secondly, I think that what has happened and continues to happen in PF is irreversible because it is a spiritual phenomenon for lack of a better word. It’s a spiritual phenomenon that cannot be stopped by the court, it cannot be stopped by statements, and it cannot be stopped by being craft.  It’s a spiritual phenomenon that has to run its course,” Mumba said. “And by the time it ends, God’s name shall be glorified and the innocent shall be vindicated. That’s just how God works.”

Pastor Mumba said if Nakachinda asked for forgiveness from people he has injured, fortunes can change for him but not the damage he has caused PF, saying being their chief executive, whatever he has carried on his shoulders will affect the party.

“So I think that there is a way that if he asks for forgiveness from people he has injured through the past, fortunes can change for him but I think PF has been injured mortally by having recruited him first of all to work against us and then he is their chief executive, so whatever he carries on his shoulders is going to affect PF,” Pastor Mumba said.

He however, said it’s up to a particular individual first to acknowledge that he is facing a spiritual crisis that cost him more than he is able to bargain for and then he asks for help.

He said after the Lukashya by-elections, he made reference to Nakacinda because he had very insulting words against him and he only prayed that God will vindicate him one day

“If you remember, after the Lukashya by-election, in that press conference, I made reference to Raphael Nakachinda because he had very insulting words against me and I did appeal to God that if the God I worship is a true God, I don’t have to touch the young man. God himself will vindicate me in future. And so I don’t know where I can find that speech but I think if you really quoted that message and prayer I made, maybe you can connect it to what is happening,” he said.

Pastor Mumba said he would pray for Nakachinda in the event he asked for prayers because he is a man of God.

“Of course that’s my job. But also you must fully understand that as an individual, I have forgiven him completely. That’s why you don’t hear me talk about him even when he says something about me, I don’t say anything,” Pastor Mumba said. “Recently, he was part of this documentary made by Zimbabwe to demonise me and to call me some of the ugliest names. He is the one who did the most insulting of me in that video. But you never heard me answer him back because I have forgiven him.”

Pastor Mumba was quick to mention that what is not forgiven is the spiritual repercussion of Nakachinda’s actions saying it is not in his power to do so.

“But what is not forgiven is spiritual repercussion of his actions because that’s not in my power to change. That’s in God’s power especially after he attempts to change and correct his wrongs and if he did come and said pastor Mumba, I think that my life is going the wrong way pray with me, I would pray for him as I have prayed for many, many people. Dozens of people that had done similar things and gone away and realized that it was the offence that they did they came back to me. I prayed for them and a lot of them are succeeding in their different endeavors,” said pastor Mumba.

He also acknowledged that every challenge or mistake one makes, has a remedy.
