HH makes changes to various public positions

President Hakainde Hichilema has moved Mwamba Peni from Emoluments Commission to Cabinet office as permanent secretary special duties.

And President Hichilema has made changes to various service commissions and the Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC). 

President Hichilema has appointed Beatrice Liluya Mpanga as deputy director general of the Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC).

Following the resignation of Clement Sinyinda as chairperson of the Civil Service Commission (CSC), President Hichilema has replaced him with Dr. Choolwe Beyani.

He has also appointed Roderick Chewe and Gladys Phiri Selemani as members of the civil service commission.

Others who have been appointed include Akalalambwa Sumbwa as a member of the Local Government Service Commission(LGSC) and Ronald Hichibulo as a member of the Teaching Service Commission (TSC).

The President has further appointed Antoneill Mutenthwa as a member of the Police Service Commission (PSC), with Felix Ngoma being appointed as commissioner at the Police Public Complaints Commission.

The President has transferred Tom Silwindi from the Correctional Service Commission to the Police Service Commission.

Simon Kabanda has been transferred to the Correctional Service Commission from the Police  Service Commission.

This is according to a statement by Chief Communications specialist at State House Clayson Hamasaka.
