Transport and Logistics minister Frank Tayali says the names of the two construction companies that government has identified to execute the Lusaka-Ndola dual carriage way is not for public consumption yet.
On Thursday, Finance minister Dr Situmbeko Musokwatwane announced that government had identified two companies that will work on the Lusaka-Ndola dual carriage way, without disclosing the said companies.
But when asked on Friday by Daily Revelation to name the two companies that government has identified to undertake the construction of the Lusaka-Ndola dual carriage way, Tayali explained that the said companies will be made public at an appropriate time.
“Like we announced yesterday, we have identified the two companies, but that is not for public consumption yet. We have shortlisted two companies and we are doing some due diligence and very soon we will announce the names of those two companies. It’s not for you to start announcing,” said Tayali, who is also Ndola Central member of parliament.
