Mkushi South member of parliament (PF) Davies Chisopa has demanded for the PF leadership to account for the misappropriation of K1.8 million for the candidates.
Chisopa also demanded for accountability of funds over the land
sale which was meant to house the party secretariat in Lusaka, saying he will push to ensure justice is done.
Calling Daily Revelation last evening, Chisopa said there were more serious issues in the PF to handle than fighting PF national chairman Davies Chama, demanding that the party must account for misappropriation of funds over the land sale and the money for the candidates, including the constitutional conference and general conference.
“These are the most serious and pertinent issues that we need to deal with as Patriotic Front, not to start witch-hunting,” Chisopa who is also a member of the PF central committee said. “If there is witch-hunt, anything to do with chasing the national chairman that must not even come in. We have serious issues like I have outlined them.”
