THIS TIME NI TONDOLO MUSUMA, SAYS BISHOP CHOMBA

By Patson Chilemba

This time ni tondolo musuma, says former Local Government permanent secretary and losing PF Kankoyo Constituency parliamentary candidate in last year’s elections, Bishop Eddie Chomba.

Speaking with Daily Revelation, Bishop Chomba claimed that he had taken an American approach to issues of not attacking those who have just taken over office.

“I have taken an American approach because I served in a public office. I would not make a comment. That’s why you have seen me quiet. As a Christian and as a Bishop talking is seasonal. God appoints times and seasons. This season is a time tondolo musuma. And I will never make no comment at all at a time like this,” Bishop Chomba said.

Asked on assertions that he was one of those being investigated during his time as permanent secretary, Bishop Chomba said:”I am not making comments on anything at all. I am not making comments on anything at all. I am not making comments at anything at all.”

Put to him that that was more like neither confirming nor denying the assertions, Bishop Chomba said: “I have been off of the radar for more than a year an I am sure you appreciate. I left the office long before the elections so I would not make no comment at all, under whatsoever.”
