NRPUP presidential Brian Mundubile has urged President Hakainde Hichilema to immediately address the nation and condemn violence if he was not the one sending UPND cadres to attack his members.
Mundubile stated that musicians, Rich Bizzy, Shenky, Chester and Kadafu were brutally attacked by UPND cadres in Solwezi today.
“I want to appeal to my dear brother, Hakainde Hichilema. If you are not the one sending UPND cadres to attack our members, I challenge you to address the nation and condemn this violence,” Mundubile stated. “The faces of the cadres are known because we have proof obtained through footage on their criminal act.”
He challenged President Hichilema to immediately instruct the police to arrest the violent cadres immediately.
“I also call on the international community to address this violence and call for peace before, during and after the 13th August general elections,” stated Mundubile. “I also call upon all Zambians to reject violence and thuggery by voting out this hypocritical government and vote for NRPUP.”
