President Hakainde Hichilema says those who want to see development must vote for him and the UPND because of the development they have delivered in the last five years they have been in office.
And President Hichilema said children never went for school under the PF administration because of school fees, but were now attending free education under UPND.
Addressing public rallies in North-Western Province yesterday, President Hichilema said children were not going to school under the PF but were now in school because of the free education policy.

He said even girls who fell pregnant could now get back into school and enjoy free education after they had delivered.
President Hichilema said he had delivered by employing more nurses and teachers, including many in the security wings and the mines.
He said he would continue employing more people in the mines and civil service especially the youths so that they could look after their wives or husbands.
President Hichilema said a vote for him would enable him to continue with socio programmes such as cash for work and the social cash transfer, which he boasted to have increased consecutively to now stand at K1000.
At the start of the rally, President Hichilema urged the people to lift their hands so that ZNBC and other media could capture images to show the many that had turned up in Kasempa.
