President Hakainde Hichilema says everything he does is because God had guided him to do it.
In his address during the Lusaka Conference Youth Sabbath at the Blessings Centre today, President Hichilema said he understood very well the message to seek God’s wisdom in everything.
He said he understood seeking wisdom more than many thought he did.
“A fello like me understands that message more than many think we do and appreciate it. Without seeking God’s wisdom we are not capable of doing things we think we can do,” President Hichilema said. “So everything we do is because God has guided us to.”
President Hichilema said Zambians should continue cherishing the peace in the country, adding that he sat on several committees on the African continent and knew first hand what instability was capable of. He referred to the chaos in the Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
“More importantly you have chosen this particular time when in three weeks time we will be holding our general elections,” said President Hichilema.
